Rosplasma is looking for a contractor to procure medical modules for the establishment of cutting-edge, air-conditioned plasma centers in Perm and Ivanovo. These centers will act as central locations for gathering, processing, and temporarily storing human plasma, which will then be distributed for fractionation. The initial stated price is 518.7 million rubles.
The modules will include a reception area, a lobby, and a waiting room, a transfusion doctor’s office, a donor restroom, laboratories, a room for plasmapheresis procedures, a plasma freezing room, a logistics warehouse, staff rooms, and other auxiliary premises. It is worth noting that the module will be installed at a store location in Perm and at the Flagman business center in Ivanovo.
The capacity of one such module will be 30 thousand liters of plasma per year, with the average donation volume estimated at 0.77 liters per day. The main objective of the Rosplasma modules is to provide the pharmaceutical industry with the pharmaceutical substance “Human plasma for fractionation”.
