Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin said Motorika’s involvement in the “Labor Productivity” project led to a 20% increase in bionic prostheses’ production, 16% reduced assembly time, and 33% reduction in unused materials. Thus, the economic effect of the company’s participation exceeded 100 million rubles.
The national project “Labor Productivity”, implement the initiative, which is funded by the city budget, aims to boost production levels and enhance the profitability of enterprises without incurring any extra expenses. This project, known as the Moscow Comprehensive Program, is a part of the national efforts. Motorika improved the process of assembling hand prostheses by introducing a flow-conveyor system, standardizing workplaces and optimizing staff workload.
“Manufacturers of medical devices can also take advantage of more than 20 support measures for industrialists, which provide significant tax preferences. This allows enterprises to save money and invest in increasing production volumes,” Sobyanin said.
