Representatives of Rosselkhoznadzor and the Ministry of Agriculture of Cuba have reached an agreement to initiate the supply of veterinary vaccines and diagnostic tools for transboundary animal diseases to the republic. These groundbreaking products were developed by the Federal State Budgetary Institution “ARRIAH”.
“An important result of the negotiations was the achievement of an agreement on the supply of vaccines and means for diagnosing transboundary diseases to Cuba, developed by the Federal State Budgetary Institution ARRIAH. Foreign counterparts are ready to begin registering them on the territory of the republic,” the center said in a statement.
The meeting was held in Russia. A delegation of Cuban specialists carried out an audit of the Russian veterinary surveillance system. Following the audit, they declared their readiness to commence the process for the official recognition of the system in the republic.
