Marketing Director of NovaMedica Liliya SAVELYEVA shared with colleagues the practical experience accumulated by our team in the field of implementing analytical tools using data from the drug flow monitoring (DFM) system at the International conference “What is Happening in the Pharmaceutical Market?”
The Marketing Wars session, dedicated to marketing and commercial strategies, featured a fascinating discussion of the impact of digitalization in the pharmaceutical industry on the evaluation of traditional offline promotion methods, as well as a talk on building relationships between pharma companies and healthcare professionals.
In her presentation titled “Interaction with the Medical Community: a Long-Term Game” Liliya opened up to her colleagues the intricacies of choosing between short-term gains and marketing planning with a good time horizon and the advantages of building clear long-term strategies for medical promotion. NovaMedica Marketing Director presented a report talking about the feasibility of using various promotion tools and the role of interaction with the medical community to get feedback and make strategic decisions. The audience was particularly interested in the analysis of a case involving the use of tools for assessing the effectiveness of promotion efforts based on data from the DFM system.
