Alexey has extensive practical experience of more than 22 years in the field of HR management. He worked as a director for HR and organizational development in consulting, investment and financial companies, and for the last 14 years, in pharmaceutical companies such as Materia Medica Holding and GLS-Pharmaceuticals.

He organized and implemented a number of successful projects to create efficient teams of engaged employees, strengthen the companies’ HR brands, and build systems for professional and career development of personnel, which led to improved business indicators – growth in revenue and profit of the companies.

Alexey graduated from the Moscow State Pedagogical University with a degree in Psychology and Law. He has a PhD in Psychology, as well as an Executive MBA from the Higher School of Economics under the program “Business Leader of the Future”.
