Alexandra has extensive experience in external and in-house strategic consulting for projects of Russian and international companies. She joined NovaMedica in 2016. Before that, Alexandra had implemented a number of big projects as part of strategic practice at Deloitte and KPMG (mainly in the pharmaceutical sector) and had been responsible for corporate management of the asset portfolio at Rosenergoatom Concern. 

Alexandra graduated from the Russian University of Economics named after G. V. Plekhanov with a degree in “Mathematical Methods in Economics”, as well as EMBA MIT Sloan Business School in “Strategy and Innovation”, and continues to improve her professional level by studying at the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo. In 2021, she became the winner of the Leaders of Russia management competition on the track “Business and Industry”.

Alexandra is deeply involved in professional support of youth as a lecturer of the course on “Strategic Thinking” (Higher School of Economics, Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and other universities) and master-mentor of projects for young people "Russia - country of Opportunities" and the Management Workshop "Senezh".
