Before joining NovaMedica within five years Ivan Daskal was responsible for legal support and control of compliance with the legislation in the Russian branch of Allergan where within the frameworks of the cross-functional tasks he developed and played the key role in implementing a number of significant local and regulatory acts of the company which referred to commercial and marketing activities, organized work aimed at struggle against counterfeit products circulation in the Russian market. Earlier Ivan headed legal function in the Diagnostic Department of Abbott Laboratories LLC (Russia), in Energomash JSC and Dirol Cadbury LLC.

Ivan graduated from the Yaroslav-the-Wise Novgorod State University, faculty of law.
