The document was developed with the participation of leading freelance specialists and experts, and was also agreed upon by the interdepartmental working group on AI in medicine, the press service of the department reported.
The Code addresses the ethical development and use of AI technologies to protect patients’ interests and build trust among medical professionals. It sets out basic principles such as limited autonomy of AI systems, patient safety and data confidentiality.
