Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko announced a 7% increase in specialized and high-tech medical care for children in Russia over the past five years. This growth is largely due to the introduction of advanced medical technologies, especially in pediatric trauma and orthopedics. Since 2018, over 40 major medical facilities have been built, with additional projects slated for completion by 2025.
The expansion of healthcare infrastructure has played a crucial role in these improvements, with over 40 new major medical facilities built since 2018 and more expected by 2025. Murashko emphasized that this development is complemented by progress in early health screenings for children, which has significantly reduced infant mortality rates across the country.
