Moscow authorities are taking bids for the conclusion of an offset contract for the supply of 43 INNs of drugs, This was announced by Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations.
The winner of the competition undertakes to invest at least 1 billion rubles in the creation of the production of 43 INNs of drugs, including anti-glaucoma and antitumor therapies, analgesic drugs, antidepressants, and neuroleptics.
The city will purchase these products from the enterprise for four years. The start of deliveries under the offset contract is scheduled for 2026.
The initial price of the contract is 8.2 billion rubles. According to the Pharmacy Administration of the Moscow Department of Health, production at full capacity will completely cover the needs of the capital’s medical organizations for 52 medicines.
In December 2022, Moscow started the receipt of bids for the conclusion of a contract for antitumor drugs supply. The winner will localize the production of seven INNs of cancer drugs in the capital.
