Technological description.

Shaking sieve is an integrated unit with a lid, base, set of sieves (up to 15 pieces) and special fasteners for dry powder and granule screening. When screening the device combines vertical vibration and rotation. The device independently controls screening time, vibration amplitude, stop and down time.

The device is intended for particle size analysis or sieve screening of powders, substances with heterogeneous composition or fragmented solid substances.

The vibration amplitude of the pneumatic device amounts to 2.5 mm and an inbuilt compensatory pulse system damps device vibrations when contacting the laboratory table surface.

Regulated vibrational motions guarantee the integrity of the screened powder structure.

The device design rules out product spillage.

The device completely meets European standards on particle size or sieve analysis.

Noiseless and controlled operation of the device does not require the presence of an operator.
