NovaMedica opens the program of scientific-practical events for Russian gastroenterologists

Irkutsk, July 16, 2015 – Russian pharmaceutical company NovaMedica takes an active part in the V Baikal Forum on Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBD), which befalls from 16 to 18 of July in Irkutsk. Participating in this event NovaMedica opens a series of scientific and practical programs for the professional community of gastroenterologists.

A number of experts will speak at the anniversary of the Baikal forum, organized by the Scientific Center of Reconstructive and Restorative Surgery, including Professor Igor Khalif, who will give guidelines on conservative treatment of patients. PhD Elena Chashkova in the report “On the pages of history: the alliance of the endoscopist and the clinician” will tell about new possibilities of drug therapy of inflammatory bowel disease. Professor Alexander Potapov will share their experience in the field of optimization of treatment of crohn's disease in children. A booth presenting innovative products from gastroenterology portfolio of NovaMedica will run in the forum.

The diapason of events, supported by NovaMedica, is wide: from regional to international, from schools for young professionals to congresses and conferences with participation of leading doctors and scientists. In addition to participating in the V Baikal forum in Irkutsk, in August NovaMedica’s experts will speak at the IV Caspian Forum in Astrakhan (IBD) and at the IX Educational Course with international participation for doctors-gastroenterologists in Moscow. In October the specialists of our company will actively participate in the 21st Russian Gastroenterological Week, and in November – in the International Congress of specialists in inflammatory bowel diseases in Lisbon (Portugal), which will be visited by doctors from many countries, including the Russian gastroenterologists.
