A factory will be constructed within the Sistema special economic zone (SEZ) in Saransk, Republic of Mordovia, for the purpose of manufacturing medical glass for the pharmaceutical industry. The head of the region, Artem Zdunov, announced this in his Telegram channel.

In the first two months, pharmaceutical companies localized in Russia released 649 million packages of medicines onto the market (+6.4%). This was reported by the analytical company RNC Pharma.
