Four cancer centers opened in Russia in 2023

This was presented in the report during the final board meeting of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation as part of the “Day of National Priorities: Long and Healthy Life” at the International Exhibition and Forum “Russia”. Furthermore, it has been reported that in the last year alone, the centers successfully completed over 24,000 telemedicine consultations and conducted more than 108,000 laboratory tests.

Moreover, in order to enhance the early detection of cancer and improve the availability of medical services in the field of oncology, over the past five years, more than 530 outpatient oncology centers have been established in various regions. Today there are 18 modern reference centers for immunohistochemical, pathomorphological and radiation research methods.
