Improving the efficiency of health care will free up about 140-150 billion rubles

Optimization of Health will release a significant amount of money , said the Minister of Health Veronika Skvortsova . At the current level of system performance by 2016 there may be some difficulties. However, if it significantly increase , the resource can be released about 140-150 billion rubles.

 

The Minister noted that the first step is to maximize the use of high-tech equipment , which is often idle. Another primary step to improve the efficiency of the health care system - it would bring the average hospital bed is occupied up to 330 days (currently , the figure is 290 days ) . 

It should be noted that since 2015 all funds allocated by the state for medical care of the population , will be transferred to the system of compulsory health insurance. Shortage of funds in the federal budget , intended to provide special medical care , will be compensated through the OMC.
