The Moscow Architecture Department supported the architectural and urban planning solutions of the pharmaceutical production and logistics complex planned in Esipovo Industrial Park in the Solnechnogorsk municipal district. This is reported on the website of the Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning of the Moscow region.
“This large pharmaceutical production and logistics complex in the Moscow region will occupy an area of about 330,000 square meters. The complex, with a total area of almost 170,000 square meters, consists of six buildings, including a production and storage building, a warehouse, a garage, and a checkpoint. The implementation of such a large-scale project will create almost 4,000 jobs,” said Vladislav Gordienko, Minister of the Government of the Moscow Region for Architecture and Urban Planning.
The construction of the complex is planned to begin in 2023 and be completed in 2026.
“The authors achieved a natural inclusion of the facility into the existing planning structure of the industrial park. The production and storage building consists of four interconnected functional blocks: an administrative center, a pharmaceutical production facility, a warehouse for finished products, a logistics and warehouse center with a cross-docking format zone or with end-to-end warehousing, when product acceptance, distribution and shipment are arranged without placing the goods in a long-term storage zone,” the message says.
