15 September 2020

Four top managers of the pharmaceutical company NovaMedica were named among the business leaders in the annual Top 1000 Russian Managers rating published by the Russian Managers Association and the Kommersant Publishing House.

According to Kommersant, the pharmaceutical industry has demonstrated the highest rate of renewal – 69% of the names are new. Elena Litvinova, Director General of NovaMedica, made a strong debut in this year’s rating, having become one of the ten best senior executives of pharmaceutical companies.

The TOP 1000 also includes NovaMedica’s Vice President for Sales and Marketing Marina Egorova and HR Director Ekaterina Latysheva, both of whom were nominated for the first time.

This year, as in previous years, the PR Director of NovaMedica Tatiana Albaut was also named among the managers of the prestigious rating.

We greatly appreciate the recognition from our colleagues and we thank everybody who voted for us”, says the Director General of NovaMedica Elena Litvinova. ”Special gratitude should go to the people at NovaMedica – a united and professional team steadily moving forward in the rough waters of the pharmaceutical market".

The TOP 1000 Russian Managers rating is the annual project of the Russian Managers Association that promotes the highest standards in management. The rating has been published since 2001. It brings forward the “best of the best” among senior executives and captures trends at the top and functional levels of management in Russia.

The Russian Managers Association unites business leaders of our country. The Association was created in 1999. Its activities are aimed toward the professional development of the managers' community. In the years of its work, the Association has shown itself as an independent expert forum that promotes the development of a consolidated position of the business community on the most urgent social and professional challenges faced by top executives of Russia’s major companies, by the society and by state authorities.
