Inflation rate should be considered during drug registration procedure in Russia

The Federal Antimonopoly Service draws the attention of owners or holders of registration certificates of medicines included in the list of vital and essential drugs (VED). 

In accordance with the Federal Law No.193-FZ of 03.07.2018 “On Amendments to the Federal Law “On Federal budget for 2018 and for the planning period of 2019 and 2020” from 04.07.2018 the projected inflation rate for the current year has been changed from 4.0% to 2.8%.

This information should be used to prepare documents for the re-registration of the manufacturer’s maximum selling price for medicines included in the list of vital and essential medicines.
