New pharma manufacturing facility will be constructed in Electrogorsk

The industrial building intended for production of finished dosage forms will be constructed in Elektrogorsk in the Moscow region, investments in construction will amount to about 50 million rubles, according to the Ministry of Construction of the Moscow Region.

“The Ministry of the construction complex of the Moscow region issued a permit for the construction of an industrial building for the production of finished dosage forms (without manufacturing components) in the city of Elektrogorsk. The validity of the building permit is until July 2020, “said the Head of the Department Ruslan Tagiyev.

In a one-story building on an area of ​​500 square meters there will be a production, storage and administrative-household zones. In the adjoining territory there will be access roads, parking for transport, areas for loading/unloading operations.

The facility developer is Zvezda LLC. The total volume of investments in the project will be about 50 million rubles. After the commissioning of the facility, 30 new jobs will be created.
