Technological description.

Through the use of one of several replaceable sensors, the TGA/DSC 3+ system measures simultaneously the thermal flow and the sample weight variation.

The low value of the minimum measurable weight allows to weigh accurately even small samples which are close to the lower limit of the range.

The TGA system equipped with a high temperature oven measures thermal effects in the range of up to 1600 °C.

The confidence of results obtained by the TGA/DSC 3+ device is guaranteed by TGA scales developed by the world leader in the field of weighing technologies. The weight measurement with these scales does not depend on the sample position and the calibration involving internal masses is carried out automatically. The scales are characterized by the wide weighing range, low minimum measurable weight and very high accuracy (up to the 6^th decimal).

Besides an accurate measurement of phase transition temperature, e.g. melting or crystallization, an additional DSC thermal flow sensor measures synchronously the relevant thermal effects.
